Inayat Khan (Govind Namdev), the new principal of Apoorva College, takes it upon himself to discipline the unruly, wayward students and irresponsible staff by bringing in some strict rules. Things spiral out of control, however, when a creep creates an MMS of one of the college girls and she attempts suicide. While the rules fail to bring much change in the students, the incident matures them as they try to bring the miscreant to justice. Meanwhile, a businessman who owns the college property wants to use the land for a more profitable purpose.
